Last Day in November, 2017.

Agenda:
1. Please sign and return Natural Regions of Canada mini-project #1 ASAP.
2.Festive Evening - next Thursday.  
3. Practice your multiplication facts to 81 (9x9).

Also, if you have a Hippo Stuffy or a costume please bring these tomorrow or Friday. Look in your closet and your families' closest for grey clothes so we can dress up as hippos

In 1924, for planes began the first flight around the world. the flight started in seattle and took 1,75 days to make it back. Along the way, the piluts maid several stops in countrys such as Japan india, and Turkey. Due to whether and engine problems, only two of the four plane made the whole trip. The flight; about 27,000 miles long, helped make todays internationel travel possible. Won pasanger remark “the flyte was interest ing”

Learning Intention
What did you learn today?
While reading our Battle Bunny stories out loud to our classmates today, we learned how to incorporate stronger details into our stories from their feedback. We learned that a lot of our stories have words we think are understandable but they may not to be to our little buddies. 
How did you show what you learned?
We each took turns reading the manuscript of our story out loud to our classmates and then our peers provided feedback about what they heard.
What do you need to learn next?

We need to finish the rest of the stories. Our next step is getting to add words and illustrations to our actual book!!!!!

The launch caused a renewd emphesis on the teaching of science in america. The satellite, which weighed 184 pound took off from the soviets' Tyuratam launch site. though it was active for just 21 days, Sputnik I mark the begining of the Space Age and exploration beyond planut earth.
