A Spectacular FAF Terry Fox Run!!

Agenda:
1. We ran over 1000 laps and raised over $1000.00!!  Way to go Room 6 (and Dr. Coffin School)!
2. Please read 20 min. each day over the weekend.

We visited the wetland at Telus Spark.

Field Trip Preparation for tomorrow:
Please bring - water bottle, microwave free, litter-less lunch and 2 snacks. 
Please dress in layers as we will have part of the day outside at the pond. You will want a hat as the weather is supposed to be nice tomorrow, maybe sunscreen too. 

You will be bringing your Fresh Air Friday Journal and pencils with you in your backpack.

3) We are going to the Nose Hill Pond tomorrow morning. You will need to dress warmly - hat, mitts, warm jacket and pants (layers are important), backpack, water bottle and a snack.  Sturdy shoes/boots will be important too. Rain boots might not be the best unless you know they are very comfy. 

The pond is on the corner of Shaganappi and John Laurie.

Despite loseing his heering, beethoven composed many pieces of music, including nine long symphonies

We went out to Whispering Woods (to our Special Nature Spot) and wrote about what we saw/sensed.
