March 1st, 2017.

Agenda:
1) Math - The Percent quiz will be tomorrow. 
2) Remember to give your parents the Child Care Tax Receipt that was given out yesterday. It is an original document, so don't lose it. 
3)  Our Outdoor School on May 2 - May 5th seems far away but we wanted to give you a reminder about these dates and that you can be paying for this overnight field trip online and in installments over the next few months if you would prefer. There will be an informative parent meeting about 1 month prior to our departure so please watch for information about this in the next month or so.

4) Novel Recommendations will continue tomorrow. 

5) Our grade 5/6s will be visiting Simon Fraser for the performance of The Little Mermaid on March 8th from 9:30 - 11:30.

6) Just a heads up - Grade 6s will visit Simon Fraser on March 22nd for our grade 7 Transition Day. 

7) March 9th - Our next Spirit Day is Jersey Day and it is Fun Lunch too.


8) March 14th - Ski/Snowboard Lesson - 9:00 - 3:00

the anual Spring migration of the whooping crane begins about the first weak of march. Did you know that the wooping crane is the talest bird in north America. Its call canbe herd from two miles away. Of the 15 species of cranes 11 of they is in dangur of becomeing extynct. crane feathers are maid ofthe same material as human fingernails’ and require much preaning. Some cranes paynt there feather’s with mudd during breading!
