5. Our school is hosting a parent-only information session about Cyber Safety and Online Bullying on Tuesday, April 23. This session is presented by the Calgary Police Services Crime Prevention team. This presentation will begin at 6:30 in the gym and the doors will open at 6:15 pm. Please join us as we learn about online safety and how to support your children as they become more connected in the digital world.
We would appreciate knowing how many parents will be attending. Please RSVP to Mrs. Rennie by replying to this email if you are planning to attend.
6. From CIVIX (Student Vote 2019): We are pleased to announce that the Student Vote results will be shared on CTV this evening, after the close of polls at 8:00pm (MT). We have been told to expect the results will be featured in the first 20 minutes of the ‘Alberta Election Special’ broadcast.
If you live in the Calgary-area, the Student Vote results will be shown on the CTV Calgary television broadcast.
If you live outside of the Calgary-area, the Student Vote results will be broadcast on CTV News Channel.
