We learned how to separate oil from water (let it rise to the top and then collect it in various ways).
How did you show what you learned?
We did an experiment.

We need to learn how to clean up a real ocean oil spill.

Word Work:

Later when he was a teacher of the def, Bell developed the idea of “electronic speech.” He sent his first message to his assistant, Mr. Watson, who was in the next room always an inventor, Bells house even had simple air conditioning!
