A Fantastic Fresh Air Friday!!!

What did you learn today?
We learned some differences between deciduous and coniferous trees.
How did you show what you learned?
We hiked to Nose Hill Park and created a dichotomous key for one tree we found in the park.
What do you need to learn next?
We need to look at all the attributes of the tree, and then determine it's name.

A Snowy, Wet, Fresh Air Friday.
Agenda:
1. Please read for 20-30min. every day over the weekend.
2. Practice your multiplication facts to 12x12 (5-10 min./day).
3. On Monday - Halloween - Parade in the afternoon (@ approx. 1:10pm). Please bring your costumes on Monday, and you can get dressed in them at 12:45.

Some of us learned to shade with charcoal today.
How did you show what you learned?
We created an art piece that supported our Whispering Woods legend.
What do you need to learn next?
We need to share our legends and art piece with our buddies.
